    Built Installation

Explore the theme “What If?” by reimagining urban spaces and architecture through participatory engagement.

This installation offers a space of acknowledgement to reclaim forbidden conversations about domestic life and provide a forum for connection. Embodiment Pavilion emerges as a vital space dedicated to exploring the often silenced experiences of women and other minority genders. Through a multi-sensory journey, it seeks to unveil the complexities of domesticity and the pursuit of safety.
Amidst the space, fragrances like coriander, crushed black pepper, turmeric, allspice, and cinnamon evoke memories of home—a sensory tapestry woven with sounds familiar to domestic settings.

The Pavilion becomes a place of reflection, where the tactile presence of pockets, symbolic of transformations in women’s attire, holds letters penned in voices of love and solidarity. This immersive experience aims to honor and amplify the voices advocating for safety and healing.

    SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTMENT
This team is committing to partner with a community organization who will take ownership of all or part of installation after the Festival
