Future Arts presents: Art Pops
The AR+Pops “Artpops” program blends taste with augmented reality technology through a unique interactive experience. The viewer scans a QR code on a custom designed popsicle stick holder* and flips it to align to the gallery image. A digital storytelling layer unfolds before enjoying the flavor. Viewers keep the holder to explore future seasonal stories.
ArtPops: Home Made is a magic window into a hand-painted, animated watercolor diorama of artist Sid Naik’s family visiting their farm in Gujarat, India. Two small kids running screaming from a crab surfacing in the dirt, parents laughing behind them. A taste of home, shared through food, watercolor, and augmented reality.
