Explore how cultural narratives are amplified and archived by radical-self expression through zine and printmaking with Curious Publishing.

How does printed ephemera shape and reflect our culture? Join Curious Publishing’s Founder, Rebecca Ustrell for an exploration on radical self-expression by utilizing the tradition of small press and print making. Learn how cultural narratives are archived in marginalized, Queer and BIPOC communities through zine-making, and gain insight on how artists act as agents of community growth.

100% artist owned and operated since 2017, Curious Publishing is a grassroots, BIPOC Womxn founded small press and artist think tank focusing on social justice, mental health, and amplifying marginalized voices along the West Coast.

This Virtual Mainstage presentation will be part of the larger Monday show which will include video shorts and The Light We SeekPresented by Future Arts. This evening’s Virtual Mainstage will be launched live at 5:30pm on our SDF You Tube Channel and accessible any time thereafter.
