Admire, pose with, read stories, even add your ideas, stories, or responses to this sculpture which will bridge people from all over the city!
The members of Coyote’s Youth Advisory Board created their Teen Resilience Project as a way for teens like them to begin healing from the pandemic, and give their community a chance to talk honestly with one another about mental health. The sculpture they designed is an archway, pieced together like a puzzle, with each piece holding thoughts, fears, hopes, and dreams drawn by teenagers from all around the Seattle area. The Youth Advisors invite SDF visitors to read what these young people have been willing to share, and maybe take some time to reflect on their own challenges and triumphs.

Coyote Central received funding from the Seattle Design Festival planning team. As a strategic partner of the 2022 Seattle Design Festival, their participation will support the Festival’s goal to empower communities to leverage design and engage youth in design thinking.
