The Seattle Design Festival (SDF) is a 501c3 nonprofit and the region’s largest multidisciplinary design event, bringing together 8,000+ attendees annually to celebrate how design shapes our communities. We believe design is for everyone and that inclusive co-design practices are essential to creating an equitable Seattle. Through events developed by diverse community partners, SDF engages people from all walks of life in meaningful conversations about how thoughtful design can address our city’s pressing challenges. SDF 2026 Call for Proposals
Thank you to our community for your proposals to SDF 2026: IN[FLUX]! Submissions were due May 27
Your proposals will program the SDF Block Party — a two-day street fair at Lake Union Park, August 15 & 16, 10am-7pm. Our SDF Planning Team are reviewing proposals and acceptances will be sent out early June. The full Festival schedule will be launched late June – so stay tuned here and sign up for our emails for up to date information.
