Mask up and head to MoPOP at Seattle Center to view large scale displays of some of our city’s recent murals!
2020 has been a difficult year for all but Seattle’s community has really demonstrated its resilience and its support for those who have been deeply affected by COVID and for the Black Lives Matter movement. The beautiful murals that sprinkle the city are proof of this.
SDF, in partnership with Kathleen Warren from Overall Creative, Seth Geiser from Downtown Seattle Association, and MoPOP, have worked to ensure that these murals get a second life and have come together to amplify Seattle’s creative talent. These murals will be displayed on both of MoPOP’s public-facing LED screens.
